These are arm liposuction before and after photos of a 45 years old Hispanic woman from Los Angeles who underwent arm and outer chest liposuction by Dr. Sean Younai at the California Center for Plastic Surgery.
During her plastic surgery consultation with Dr. Younai patient was examined and found to have loose arm skin with relatively poor elasticity, especially close to her arm pit. Dr. Younai gave the patient the choice of having liposuction first, and then wait to see how much her skin would shrink, prior to considering an Arm Lift or Brachioplasty. Patient agreed and underwent arm liposuction with the Tumescent technique under general anesthesia at Regency Surgery Center.
After arm liposuction she wore arm compression garment and massaged her arms twice a day with thick lotion. She wore her compression garment for three weeks all the time, and then half time for the second three weeks.
Her arm liposuction pictures show great reduction in her arm size with liposuction, although she still has some loose skin close to her arm pit. She is now a candidate with limited Arm Lift where the scar is placed only in the arm pit. Patient decided not to have Brachioplasty, because she was very happy with her liposuction results.
