He was overweight majority of his life that resulted in excessive layers of abdominal fat and loose hanging skin. His goal was to get rid of the extra loose skin on his abdomen and chest. He did not like the size, and position of his areolas (nipples), and wore thicker clothing and extra layers to avoid exposing his chest. Men tend to add fat in the chest and stomach areas first.
